CLASSES

There is something for everyone at Future Generation Dance Academy

Lyrical / Contemporary

Contemporary and Lyrical classes provide our students with the ability to express their love of dance through movement.

Our Contemporary and Lyrical classes are a fusion of the technical aspects of Ballet and the dynamics of Jazz. Lyrical dance is expressive, subtle, dynamic and is aimed at conveying musicality and emotion through movement.

In each class we focus on developing students core stability, strength, alignment, technique and flexibility. The class works on balance, turns and extensions, building a strong centre and combines precision legwork with ease and fluidity in the torso.
